I have been involved in real estate activity since the end of 1993 following an enjoyable 27 years of farming, mainly in the South Island with a shift north in March 1984 to the South Wairarapa. Initially with the farm supply company Wrightons, specialising in the sale of rural land, I quickly saw the need to become more involved with residential and commercial sales.
I obtained a Diploma in Business studies in 1998 which gave me AREINZ status that allowed me to operate my own franchise with L J Hooker in Martinborough and Featherston until the change to RE/MAX Leaders in April 2006 operating out of Martinborough but covering the whole south Wairarapa region.
Successful sales have involved sheep and cattle farms, dairy farms, lifestyle blocks, vineyard land, historic homes, coastal properties, commercial properties as well as numerous residential properties.
The change to the RE/MAX Leaders brand of offices have given me a link into the most successful company in the Wellington (and the world!) region which is where most of our buying power comes from. Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX.
