I moved to New Zealand from Sri Lanka and commenced my real estate career in 1999. In 2003, working under the L J Hooker brand I achieved 46th place in their Top 50 Salespeople for all branches in New Zealand.
Having some 9 year's experience and deciding real estate was, for me, a long term career, I decided to enhance this by moving to Re/Max Leaders in late 2008. Living and working in Johnsonville and its surrounding suburbs is a logical choice for me.
Being a cosmopolitan area, I find I am able to converse comfortably and make at ease a wide and diverse range of buyers and sellers. I have extensive local area knowledge, am a skilled negotiator and have achieved excellent results for clients.
I am friendly, professional, hard working and self motivated and am flexible to client needs.
During my free time I like running, (I have completed several half marathons), cooking, gardening, listening to music and spending time with my family.
Since 1998 I have also been a volunteer worker for Johnsonville Citizens' Advice Bureau.
