I began my career as a real estate agent in 1977 after some 20 years of commission selling to a range of Companies in the Wellington District. The experience gained during that time gave me the skills required to negotiate and professionally handle a variety of selling situations. Since that time I have consistently been one of the top performers in this area in both rural and residential sales.
Having spent my early years living in Pauatahanui where my parents farmed, I was educated at the Pauatahanui Primary School, before going on to Wellington College.
This early life in Pauatahanui gave me the contacts that lead to my involvement in the rural sector and over the last 27 years I have sold numerous rural properties, some of them several times over.
Whilst being based at our Plimmerton office, my residential sphere of activity has extended throughout the Kapi Mana District while specialising in the Paremata/Plimmerton/Whitby areas.
I have found that when people are selling what is probably their most valuable asset they feel more confident with an experienced agent working for them. Buyers also prefer dealing with an agent that has the local knowledge that gives them the confidence to make realistic offers that lead to successful sales.
